Whose instructions to be complied?

I started my life as a litigant,
a female litigant without open court experiences , and scared
being sent to case managements and mentions
Works started to come in and im happily doing it so far despite my paranoia
But i just couldnt stand
when there is one superior that has acted in such an unreasonable unacceptable way that i have to clean his shit all the times.
i dont mind to get your instructions done but why oh why
why would you repeating the same old tactics
on
"Next Date"

please learn if you can, from my direct boss
the way he dealt with cases
the way he organises his file
the way instructions were delivered
his responsibility
his professionalism
his tidiness

i dont mean to be rude but i just want to say
i know i cannot refuse or disobey instructions
but if i were you i wouldnt send LA to get scoldings in the court
